What actually shapes your skin.
Your skin is influenced by far more than the products you put on it.
The microorganisms around you, the microbiome living on your skin, hydration, nutrition, stress, sleep, daily habits, and even the way your facial muscles move all contribute to the appearance and health of your skin.
My goal is not to sell miracle products.
My goal is to help you better understand your skin so that, within the realities of your own life, you can make the decisions that help you achieve your best skin.

The scientist behind it
I’m Sally Seaver.
I am a scientist. My perspective comes from a lifetime of observation, scientific thinking, personal experience, and continual learning.
As an independent scientist, I naturally look for underlying causes rather than isolated symptoms. I am interested in how systems work together and how the principles of physics, biology, chemistry, and everyday habits influence the skin over time.
For example, understanding stress and strain — fundamental ideas in physics — provides a different way to think about how wrinkles develop and how our daily habits may affect them.
My own skin has been my longest-running experiment.

10 hours of private Zoom coaching.
Together we discuss your skin, your current routine, your goals, and practical ways you may improve your skin within your own circumstances.
Rather than prescribing a single approach, I help you understand the many factors that influence skin so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
